over 30 years and during that time I have had the privilege to meet and work with many people in cities and states all over
the USA.
I have attended, graduated and returned to school several times over the years as well as industry specific educational programs from SC Johnson Wax Company, 3M, Dale Carnegie, Pryor Systems and numerous other seminars. I have and continue to go out of my way to learn everything I can about our industry from sanitation, marble care, floor care, carpet cleaning, confined space cleaning, hazmat clean-ups, bio-hazards and so on. This industry has always held a fascination for me and I constantly thirst for knowledge. I have managed crews of over 400 employees in skyscrapers to oversight of over 1,100 employees in a division. I have worked for major national and international janitorial service firms taking care of universities, hospitals, manufacturing plants, school systems and general office buildings. I started in 1978 cleaning floors in a department store and worked up the ladder to regional vice president. Since 1999 I own and operate L & K Cleaning Services with my wife Laura. That's right, I am still in the cleaning business and that's important. Why am I telling you this? Because I want to demonstrate to you that the advice, products and books available from my store are a qualified asset for any new cleaning service. If you are just starting out, these are the tools you will need to be successful. What is even more significant is that I am still out working in the field every single day. You can find many get rich quick schemes being sold on Ebay and the Internet from 'former' cleaning company owners who promise you fantastic earnings in a short period of time. I don't make any false claims or promises. I give you the information to be successful when combined with your hard work and dedication. That is how successful companies are created, a desire to win supplied by you and experience supplied by me to get you started on the right path the first time. I also have a number of very good friends who are experts in specific fields or branches of this industry including some janitorial service business owners of large corporations. Periodically you will see products, books, videos & slide-shows that are either created by them or in a joint venture with me. Nothing on this site or in the store promises you extreme wealth overnight but I do promise you high quality information, training and education based on 30+ years of industry expertise.
